Refund Eligibility

If Make MP3s isn't working the way it should, we want to make it right. Here's how refunds work.

Refunds are considered when both of the following conditions are met:

In the event that Make MP3s is discontinued or its services are taken offline for any reason, no refunds will be issued for existing purchases. The only exception is purchases made within the preceding 48 hours, which remain eligible under our standard refund window provided a verified technical issue is present.

We recommend all users review the product and its features thoroughly before purchasing. Lifetime licenses are sold as-is with no guarantee of indefinite service availability.
